Martin Electric provided a design build electrical installation for the Air Liquide Bulk Gas Yard II compressor building at GLOBALFOUNDRIES. The compressor building which contained 8 & 10 bar compressors were fed at 4.16kv. The main feeders to teh yard were 13.8kv. Martin Electric was responsible for receiving and setting (2) 15mVA 13.8/4160 transformers which fed motor control centers for compressors. Also included was 208 volt and 480 volt power for all motors and miscellaneous equipment. This project also included yard lighting, power and grounding. Instrumentation and controls was a major part of this project in addition to extensive heat tracing whcih was handled by Martin Electric on a design and build install.
